The service from the staff, especially Tina, Anna, Raymond, James, and His, was exceptional in assisting with motorcycle parking. The location is lively and convenient, though it can get noisy at night. The dining offers delicious modern Vietnamese dishes, but prices may be a bit high. The facilities are satisfactory, with everything in good order.

The hotel is located in the bustling backpackers area, making it convenient for exploring the main attractions nearby. The rooms, though lacking external windows, are bright, clean, and comfortable, providing good value for a short stay. The service is friendly and helpful, especially when needing early check-in.

The hotel rooms were very clean and had great amenities such as a hairdryer, fridge, and a fantastic shower with hot water. The location is vibrant and central, although it can get noisy late at night. The service was exceptional, especially from staff members Julie, Vicky, Sam, and Tina. However, there could be improvements in training the receptionist. The dining experience was fantastic, particularly enjoyed the chicken pho and beef pho. Overall, a good value for money in a bustling and lively district.
